What window and siding brands do you install?
For windows we install Polaris vinyl windows and Jeld-Wen, Windsor and Pella wood and metal-clad windows. For siding we work with vinyl and insulated vinyl, Hardie fiber cement and LP SmartSide, plus cedar, board and batten and stucco panels.
Can you help after storm or water damage?
Yes. We repair damage from lightning, hail, wind, flooding, failed plumbing or sump pumps and burst water heaters or pipes, and we help homeowners with insurance company estimates.
What happens during a home addition project?
A Centennial rep visits your home to set goals and draft a preliminary plan, then we prepare the design, final drawings and contract. We pull permits, coordinate the work, keep you updated during construction and finish with a final inspection and walk-through.
Is finishing a basement worth it?
A finished basement adds usable living space, like a rec room, media room, bedroom or bathroom, and adds value to your home. We tailor the design to how your family will use the space.
