Centennial Construction recently completed the addition of a detached/connected garage to my home. From start to finish, Centennial met or exceeded my expectations on the project and here are a few examples:
- The permitting and approval process was very challenging for a number of reasons, and required multiple approvals from the HOA, Town and County. Brent Ash personally went above and beyond to ensure that all parties were satisfied, respected, and approvals were achieved. Very effective communication and support from Brent and the project would not have even started without his good work and persistence.
- The new garage needed to blend in with an existing home that was built 15 years ago – every detail needed to match; brick, siding, windows, trim, shingles, doors… everything. Given the original home was 15 years old, this was not an easy challenge, and throughout the project the Centennial team was focused on the goal of making it look like it has always been there. I am very pleased with the match and also the quality now that the project is completed.
- Any time construction or remodeling is done in a home in which your family is actively living, it can be a challenge. The Centennial crew was 100% respectful, helpful moving trucks and equipment as needed for neighbors, courteous with the working hours, and CLEANED UP the site every day as much as possible.
The project was on time, on budget, and the finished garage exceeded my expectations – the project played out EXACTLY as written in the project steps in the agreement. Not only would I recommend Centennial for any home construction or remodeling, I AM using them again and hope to use them even more in the future as well on any needs. The team built a garage that is my dream workshop and I’m thankful for them every time I open the door and step inside!

We are happy with the touch ups. Only question we have is about the plumbing noise. It may be as simple as having to fill that trap every so often since we don’t use that shower very often. Thank you so much for all your help. Everyone you had do work for us was great!! We are very pleased with all of the upgrades Centennial did for us. And thank you, Dave, for staying on top of all the projects. We could never have done this ourselves.

The entire staff that I worked with was professional and diligent in their mission to complete the project as accurately as possible. Their attention to detail was admirable; if something was missed in their inspection and found on ours, the detail in question was immediately addressed. Also, this is a condominium community; therefore, Centennial was required to deal with the HOA—no easy task as anyone in a community with an association will agree. All communication was respectful for all parties.
I am happy to say that Centennial was the perfect construction company. Also, my patio enclosure was not a BIG job in the construction industry. However, my home improvement project was treated like a very expensive remodel job. I always felt that my patio enclosure was the top priority. Brent also did not hesitate to assist in other areas. He fixed an existing patio door to insure easy opening and closing. He did not add expenses to the contract for the small extras that were performed. This was greatly appreciated.Rebecca M. – 2016
