The home: Teresa Payne purchased her Westfield area home in 2001. It was built in 1999. Although she enjoyed the home, the kitchen had a solid wall that separated it from the family room and an adjacent screened porch. When she had visitors, Teresa felt isolated by the kitchen’s features.
What she did: Working with Centennial Construction & Remodeling, Teresa chose to remove the solid wall and enclose the patio to create a dining room with lots of windows. Reconfiguration included moving the oven and refrigerator.
