Steps to Designing a Room Addition

Step 1. A Centennial rep will visit your home to establish goals and draft a preliminary plan.
Step 2. With your approval, our rep will prepare a design agreement. Once approved, our designer will revise the plan as needed, and meet with you to review the home addition contract.
Step 3. Centennial prepares the final drawing and contract.
Step 4. The contractor will schedule a target project start date (agreed upon by you and our team), acquire permits, order custom or specialty items, and coordinate with sub-contractors.
Step 5. The construction begins. Throughout every phase of the project, the home addition contractor will communicate with you. You’ll always know where we are in the process. 
Step 6. As construction is completed, there will be a final permit inspection, granting of Certificate of Occupancy, and final customer quality assurance walk-through.
